TFB Standard Square-Back Wiper Dies
Our new wiper die finishing process provides extraordinary polished tube grooves and C.L.R. machined surface. "Rule of Thumb" - With moderate thumbnail pressure, the leading edge of the wiper should be evenly deflected all the way round. One of many ways to separate the "men from the boys".

The least expensive wiper die is the most precisely machined wiper die. It is quicker to position for good bends and properly supported by the bend die for longer tool life. The most expensive wiper die takes longer to position, produces marginal bends, and requires frequent operator repairs and replacement. Running time or downtime makes a wiper die inexpensive or costly, not its initial price. There are no gadgets, trickery, or band-aids in making quality tools, especially a wiper die.

Wiper dies are available for round, square, and rectangular tubes, shapes, extrusions or flats. They can be provided in Ampco bronze or steel with our Kro-Lon surface.
